TRALON
TRALON | HETERO |
172 | KING |
appearance
Tralon is a Guardian Dragon, he is large and towering in size and stature with golden scales littered across his skin which fade into a smokey grey colour as they reach the tips of his wings, claws, tail and patagium. His eyes are a slitted with a piercing white blue. Gold steel are welded into his three foot long claws and teeth, his armour is also matched with the same tough golden steel reaching across the entirety of his body. Along his back and wing pieces is also studded with diamond spikes for battle. However, it is in his human form that he spends the majority of his time when in Afang. As a man, he is still tall, lean and retains his blue eyes. His hair is a dirty blonde and wears a beard. As King his is often seen wearing a crown when in public, along with appropriate royal attire.
personality
Respect is something very true to Tralon, and is as he sees it, always worth earning. It takes no effort to listen to others nor offer a politeness to them, at least, to appear in such a way. His speech is controlled and levelled with each word often being spoken just as carefully as the last and with seemingly great importance despite whatever a conversation might be truly about. With that he is usually even tempered, and holds a calm, gentle demeanour (when truly angered however, things are not exactly pretty). He is a very proud man, and noble to his core, almost as if he should have been born straight into royalty.
However, he is still very much stubborn. Caring deeply for his family and the Kingdom he and his followers are creating, it is only natural for him to be very protective of them. And through his military career has grown hardened to making tough calls when necessary, to be able to make sacrifices in order to achieve a 'greater good'. Something which he can only struggle to be proud of, since it isn’t as if he is free from being able to make mistakes. And so he feels a great weight of overwhelming responsibility, something he carries with him always that has become an almost comfort to him. As without his heart to care for these people, Afang is nothing.
And so he is as wise as he needs to be in regards to military strategy and leadership. He has been in the war for a long time, and as a solider is formidable. And as a leader he listens to those in council, particularly that of his wife and makes a point of also teaching his son all his knows.
He has learned to keep hold of his optimism and deeply believes that evil isn’t something that can be simply born, it can only be moulded from light. And so with that, surely there is hope that everyone can allow themselves to be saved, even Dinis. Something which while could be an admiral trait, can also be a flaw. It would be difficult to call him soft, he is no fool, however being true to his nature he can be easily deceived. He is sometimes perhaps too trusting of others in moments when he shouldn’t.

background
Born in the fantasy filled planet, Ancora, Tralon worked his way through a military career as solider through to general. It was only natural for a Guardian dragon after all, he was deeply protective of those he served to protect, and so building the empire, a world in which all those could be free from the darkness of war became his life ambition. It was during this time that he eventually fell in love with a crystal dragon, Marika. Before being elected as the leader, King, of the Kingdom he was striving to build thus making her his Queen.
And then the divergence happened, a black hole ripping through the very fabric of all he knew and sending him and all his people straight down to earth (bringing the war with them). The humans, were soon few, and he vowed to protect them just the same as he would have served his own subjects back home. He set about building Unum, a great Empire to stand against the rising evil and inspired by a medieval look the castle Anfang was built, serving as protection for all those who needed it while he strove for peace. With his magic, he was able to take on a human form when necessary, something which he found himself spending more time as due to the sheer scale of his dragon self.
From all of the events of the Divergence, his egg, his son hatched and he and Marika now bore a prince for their growing kingdom; Altravon. The boy was his pride and joy, and swore to raise him right as noble and as gentle as he thought true for royalty. Wanting him to be educated, he ensured the child be taught the history of the world and the inhabitants in it, along with the responsibilities he would bear in protecting Unum.
